Freelance Production Executive

Screen Cornwall, a trading company of the Creative Kernow charity group, was set up to drive economic growth in the screen sector, defined as film, TV, games and immersive.

We are looking for a part-time freelance production executive who can start immediately to support our wide range of commissions through production and help with the licensing of audio and visual content for various platforms and audiences.

We are a small friendly team who work in an agile manner and are seeking someone with strong admin skills who already has experience in our sector or is willing to learn quickly. This is a freelance role suitable for a self-employed professional.

The key tasks and responsibilities include co-ordinating and tracking all Screen Cornwall commissions, from pre-production through to delivery of all contracted materials, co-ordinating all licencing of audiovisual materials for audience development projects, with a particular focus on 3 collections of short film and audio that will be released in August, October and March.

We believe that a more diverse workforce is a more productive, engaged, and successful one too, so we want to encourage people from all backgrounds and walks of life to come and share their talents with us. It should go without saying that we don’t discriminate based on factors such as age, race, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity. By embracing diversity, we foster a happy, welcoming environment for everyone on our team. The things that matter to us are your ability, aptitude, potential, passion, and drive rather than your qualifications, so there are no formal minimum requirements.
