Screen Cornwall is now delivering the third and final cohort of our BFI-funded industry skills programme, Production Ready Pathways.

This latest cohort brings together aspiring Cornwall based crew members who are developing their skills and preparing for careers in Film and TV production. Participants are receiving training and industry insight across a range of entry level roles, including:

• Runners (Floor & Production)
• Sound Assistants
• Grips & Lighting

Production Ready Pathways has been designed to help build a stronger, more skilled screen workforce in Cornwall, creating clear routes into the industry for local talent.

Applications for this final cohort are now closed, and we look forward to sharing updates as the programme progresses.
